I'm a 47 year old Mother of 3 who even as a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years has lost herself to "Mom Guilt" + the good ole "I don't have time." Seasons of life. Especially when my oldest baby went off to college, I lost my sense of purpose and had the worse case of, "now what?" We as MOTHERS give our all to our children, but what about us??? What happens when our babies are self sufficient and don't rely heavily on us or when they go off to college? I learned that we are NOT SUPPOSED TO SHRIVEL AND DIE! This is the time when we have to keep moving as our body changes + ages. HEALTH is WEALTH! For me, working out empowers me, motivates me to be my BEST self and shows my children that making promises to yourself + taking care of yourself is just as important as doing it for others. When I feel good, I am able to do GOOD and it becomes a ripple effect on everyone I encounter. It's a VIBE and it's infectious. How long have you been a Certified Personal Trainer?
I have been an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer for almost 20 years and have been in to fitness since I was 16 years old!
Do you have any experience with New Moms in their 20s and 30's?
YES! I remember this stage of life all too well! The body and mind changes so much after your first baby and priorities shift and so often we FORGET US! I especially love to work with women who are new moms to help guide them back to themselves physically and emotionally!
Do you train MEN?
YES! Although a majority of my clients are women I also have many men that I have trained in the past.
I'm over 40 and my body is going through so much change, is it too late to get in shape?
NO, NO, NO. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO GET FIT. Yes, I had to put that in all caps because this is the age where SOOOOO many women give up on themselves, find themselves creating very bad eating habits, end up in a slump, isolate themselves and beat themselves up over and over. Let's put a stop to that and get you loving yourself again and living a healthy fit lifestyle.
How many 1:1 Personal Clients are taking on?
I Love FITNESS. I am a huge advocate for checking off all the boxes mentally, physically, spiritually + emotionally. I am also an ALL IN person that gives 200% to everything I do. So with that being said, I am only accepting a maximum of 10 1:1 Personal Online Coaching Clients.
